Do you have moving trucks?
Many of our stores offer rental trucks. At select Storage USA locations many are free with move-in. Some restrictions do apply. Check with the Store Manager at the location of your choice for more details.

Can I buy moving and packing supplies at Storage USA locations?
Yes, from locks to boxes and bubble wrap to tape. We have all of the supplies you need on site to pack and store your items.

Do you have video surveillance?
At Storage USA, taking good care that your items are secure is a top priority, Our locations are equipped with video cameras for round the clock video monitoring.

Can anybody get on to a Storage USA property or is entrance security in place??
Our standard security measures feature an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a unique security code that is assigned to each individual tenant upon rental. This code electronically records who is entering and exiting the facility at any time.

Do you offer Climate-controlled units?
Climate control is a feature that we offer at select facilities nationwide. Each climate-controlled unit maintains an internal temperature of 55 to 85 degrees which protects your stored belongings from any damage caused by the extreme temperatures.

What are the benefits of a roll-up door?
Similar to the motion of a garage door, roll-up doors provide easy access to your unit and allow you to maximize the usage of your space.

What type of lock is recommended to use to secure my unit that will fit on the door at any Storage USA location?
You can purchase a variety of sizes and types of locks and recommend purchasing a disc lock to ensure the highest level of security. These locks will fit on all of the unit doors on any Storage USA unit.

Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking solutions?
Storage USA offers parking for RVs, boats, cars and motorcycles, at select locations nationwide. To find the facility nearest you, simply use the Storage Search feature on the home page.

What are the benefits of renting a drive-up unit?
If you are looking for quick and easy access, a drive up unit is for you. These units offer you the convenience of pulling your vehicle directly up to the unit for easy loading and unloading of your items.

What are Storage USA’s hours of operation?
Our gate and office hours are conveniently posted at each facility. During everyday office hours, a Store Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs and you will be able to purchase moving and packing supplies.

Gate hours represent the times of the when you can gain access to your unit. If you require access outside of our standard gate hours ask your Store Manager for information about 24-hour access.

What types of payment can I use to pay my monthly bills?
Storage USA offers both long and short term month-to-month leasing options based on your needs. Customers can also choose a payment method that is right for them; We recommend that you take advantage of our auto payment plans, or pay your bill online at extraspace.com. Billing is done on monthly terms. We accept several major credit cards, including MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover®, or American Express®.
